only problem for me was the 2 flights of stairs to get to reception, very difficult with a 20K case and bad knees.

Room a bit on the small side, but good as I was on my own. Clean and new bathroom, room safe, plasma TV with Foxtel and other HDi channels.
Only small mention is there are no individual controls for the A/C, and the A/C did not work as well as normal hotel ones.
Staff very friendly and helpful with any requests I had. Allowed me to leave bag in Reception as I had a late flight out, plus managed to lend me a phone charger as I had forgot mine. Would definitley stay there again.

Friendly staff, easy access, well priced and facilities such a broad band. Rooms small but i was asleep so didnt notice. Beds small even a doubles but again not a problem

Hotel is in a great location just a small entrance to the hotel which made difficult to find. But once inside felt warm and relaxing. We were walking distance to Darling Harbour,and close to Ferry and train stations.with Taxi stand,airport shuttle right at the door. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - even when we had a few problems LIKE the TV didn't have a great picture,and the fact that our 'Double' bed was actually 2 singles joined together made sleeping hard with the join down the middle.we were given a late check-out and free bottle Wine for the problems free of charge as we didn't fly until the evening. I would recommend City Lodge if you are after somewhere close for sightseeing and nothing fancy
We will still stay there on next return trip
