Conveniently located near the CBD in a lovely setting. Overall the room (Executive) was fair. The bed was great, slept really well. I thought road noise might have been an issue but was plesantly surprised it wasn't. Shower kept running hot, cold, hot, cold but the mangaer was happy to look into it. The continental breakfast was the best, however the evening meals were not as good. The manager was quick to recognise me as a regular business traveller and went out of his way to make sure I'd be staying there again. Overall, well done. I'd be happy to stay there again.

I thought the staff were excellent and provided us with lots of tourist information - nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast each morning - delicious -and evening meal once and this was a very nice meal. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Good transport with the BlueCat bus stop just out the front. Room and bathroom quite small but very comfortable. Had a lovely stay in Perth, thanks.

Friendly staff, excellent location, easy to get around. Was given an upgrade upon arrival which was very much appreciated. Would stay again.

As a budget hotel, that gives itself no frills, everything is perfect. Don't expect 5 Star, but the service you get from reception, restaurant, bar and cleaning staff is great.
Very clean; beds very comfy, pool clean.
Aircon is a nuisance as it blows right on you when sleeping; and with 4 nights over 25 C it became impossible to sleep without it.
Back next time I'm in Perth; as I need free parking and a price the tax office allows!

I really enjoyed my stay. Dining area was light and airy and looked out onto small park..I've been in a few poky dark places. Staff attitude and manners excellent ..most helpful. Easy to catch Red Cat bus into City..jusy enough out of central CBD.
