Fantastic service at front desk, clean hotel and very handy to all shops etc. do not need a car if staying here. rooms a little small but all else good value would definetly stay there again

whilst the standard room was 'cant swing a cat tiny' it would be adequate if you werent expecting to spend much time in your room, it was a bit daggy but clean and our upgrade to the larger family room was a relief. a friendly budget hotel right in the city, the staff were pleasant and helpful. probably the best thing about it!

Hot water jug ceased to operate and was not replaced/fixed despite request. Broken cupboard handle was present in room when we entered and the short security bar on the door broke when gently gripped and pulled. Evening meal in the dining room was good and good value for money.
