After spending hours checking customer feedback I chose this hotel as probably the best of a bad bunch. Turned out to be a very mediocre room, which wasn't ready at 3pm (and supposedly a 'superior' room, so I shudder to think what the basic ones were like)- boringly bare, in poor condition (a hole kicked in the back of the bathroom door, moldy bath trim etc), with minimal facilities for an outrageous price (over $300). So I'm offering my own rude comments to the consistent negativity of other customers. Perth hotels in general seem to be offering minimal value for money, probably because they don't think they need to try. Very disappointing.
