The biggest disappointment was that there was no hotel parking and it ended up costing us a further $50 for parking in the city, very inconvenient. The service was a little slack, requested a cot, no cot on arrival, requested a late check out and had cleaners come to room twice to see if we had left or not.
The room itself was very nice and the location is excellent. Recommend for travellers with no transport!

This is a very ordinary place but in a good central location close to shopping cafes and bars etc. The rooms have old tv's and lots of things that don't work properly and the staff seem extremely clueless. Don't go near the restaurant downstairs - the food is inedible.
