the room was tiny - trouble getting past the table to the bed. Bathroom in poor condition - cracked tiles/shower door not closing/tiles grouting missing/poor repair on floor drain/mould... Price not bad.

Perfect location for the theatre we were attending. Good price, bed was comfortable and linen changed daily. Would definately stay here again, great value for money.

From reading the reviews here we already knew to check in across the street, it is literally a 10second walk so no big deal. The desk staff were so friendly and helpful, we dealt with maybe half a dozen of them and they were all so cheerful and nice!
The room was smaller than I had imagined so it did look like there was too much furniture for the small space, but it is spotless and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfortable, lovely! In our shower stall itself, the soap dish was broken and the showerhead wouldn't stay up by itself (I managed to prop it up) but the shower was heavenly; excellent water pressure and a big generous flow. Loved it. Space around the sink is a bit tiny too so us two girls both had our toilet bags on the floor underneath the sink.
The location is great and I would love to stay here my next trip to Melbourne. We stayed here 3 nights in June, paid $135 per night for a twin room.

All was ok apart from our breakfasts. The dining location was awful, coffee cold, the only warm food available, eggs, took too long (10 mins) so were also cold!
