Located on historic Exploration Lane minutes from the Paris end of Collins Street, the gleaming offices of the CBD and the Regent, Princess and Her Majesty's theatres, Fraser Place Melbourne offers discerning business and leisure travellers affordable accommodation in a fantastically central location. Completed between June 2009 and June 2010, Fraser features 115 brand new, beautifully appointed studio apartments, with well-equipped kitchenettes and private ensuite bathrooms. In-room features include a 32" LCD TV, Movies on Demand, cable channels and Ipod dock/clock. Guests can prepare their own meals in their apartment or enjoy a freshly brewed coffee and gourmet meal in the cafe downstairs.



BEDDING: Please note that we do not supply extra beds. Baby cots are subject to availability and are an additional $15.00 per night. Housekeeping service from Mon-Sat only, No housekeeping on Sundays & public holidays!



BALCONY: Almost all our rooms have balconies. However, please request a balcony if required, to avoid being put in one of the few rooms without one!
